I am a true Vermonter, born in Brattleboro, raised in White River Jct. I earned a BS at UVM and landed my first teaching job at Woodstock Union Middle/High School in 1990. I have been teaching at Hartford High School since 2005. I was awarded Teacher of the Year at Woodstock Union Middle/High School in 1995, that same year I was awarded UVM Teacher of the Year. I am active in the Vermont Community of Health Educators which meets several times a year around the state. I also serve on the Board for the Hartford Community Coalition.
