The Hartford High School Library
The HHS library has evolved into three, newly defined spaces. The computing space consists of 25 desktop computers, and a lounge area for student-teacher conferences. The Digital Media Lab is used for virtual reality experiences/tours, and for news production. The “café” area contains bistro chairs and stools, conference tables, a lounge area, and the circulation desk. Here students can pursue quiet study during the academic day, view presentations on the large LCD screen, socialize and have lunch during H Block, and browse the stacks.
